Joe Henry
MA, LMHC
With a foundation in existential-phenomenology and psychodynamic therapy, Joe conceptualizes the intricate interplay of thoughts, emotions, and unconscious processes that shape our lives. He specializes in helping clients explore the depths of their inner worlds, fostering self-awareness and facilitating lasting change. Joe’s previous work experience includes five years of performing as a stand up comedian, before transitioning to the field of psychology.
Alexandra Woollacott
MA, LMHC
Alexandra is a licensed psychotherapist in Seattle and training psychoanalyst at ICP in LA. Alexandra is originally from Melbourne, Australia and immigrated to the Pacific Northwest in 2015. Her practice is grounded in contemporary psychoanalysis, humanist philosophy, and feminist theory. These approaches guide her towards a deeper understanding of her clients and the worlds that shape them, and allow a sensitive exploration of the barriers to an authentic and fulfilling life.
Kat Darger
MA, LMHCA
Kat is a passionate psychotherapist who uses a psychodynamic, strengths-based approach to address anxiety, behavioral issues, grief, relationships, and self-esteem. Kat has a particular interest in exploring the worry and despair many are experiencing around our world’s changing climate. Kat also has specific skill in supporting those with cyclical mood issues, such as Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder.
